HypnoMeditation involves a set sequence of simple, effective techniques including: gentle physical stretching, seated conscious imagery-led meditation, hypnosis-led guided meditation, breath modulation and other techniques.
Small, friendly and informal, our classes will be kept to 10 people at maximum, so booking in advance is required.
