A mixture of Qi gong (Tai chi) and accesible yoga combined with breath and meditation to leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The class is inclusive to anyone and can either be done stood up or sat down, I work to your needs throughout the session.

I teach Tai Chi- Qi gong Shibashi 1 Form of which I will be incorporating into my ‘Mindful Movement’ classes - A class of Tai chi, Yoga and Meditation. I trained with Tai chi for health, Bristol.
Shibashi is a gentle, beautiful and flowing qigong exercise routine that is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing. It develops vitality and longevity in healthy people.
Qi gong is certainly a highly effective health improving and maintaining practice. Benefits of Qigong are increasingly recognized worldwide and within the scientific community. Qigong benefits range from mind relaxation and sharpening, stress relief to increased energy, vitality and helping to heal degenerative and chronic diseases. Combined with yoga the benefits are even more wholesome.
