Unwind, relax, balance and heal...

This class is designed to allow your body to deeply relax. Postures are held for a longer length of time with the aid of props such as straps, bolsters, blankets, blocks and eye pillows. By relaxing in this way we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

Benefits of restorative yoga include:
- Relaxing the body deeply
- Reducing stress and anxiety
- Increased immunity
- Greater sense of well-being
- Greater ability to heal and balance

The class also includes a guided deep relaxation, yoga nidra, to help you feel lighter, more relaxed and more at ease.
