Mindful Breathing - Online Session
In these sessions, you will learn and practice well-tested techniques from mindfulness and ancient yoga methods, to give you the tools to use the breath to your advantage.
These are skills that you can use any time and in any place to help you in daily life, reducing anxiety, and providing techniques for you to better cope with pain or stress.
We will loosen up the body a bit, so please wear comfortable clothing. You can do this whilst sitting or lying down, but we will do some standing exercises as well, for those who can.
These sessions will be running from 7th June - 12th July. They can be enjoyed on their own, or you can sign up for all of them. Please book each session separately if you would like to come to all six sessions.
