Children's Glass Mosaic Workshops

Join local glass artist, Rachael Durkan from The Glass Cabin for a fused glass workshop aimed primarily at younger crafters aged 8+. No previous experience is required.
Participants will create a mosaic-style fused glass suncatcher using a variety of pre-cut coloured glass shapes and accessories. No glass cutting is required. There are plenty of templates to choose from, or you can make your own unique design on a 10cm square or egg-shaped piece of flat glass. These glass decorations will last for ever without losing any of their beautiful colour and shine.
Please note, under 18s must be accompanied by an adult on at all times on site. Workshops last an hour and a half and cost £25 ppn. Tea, coffee & squash will be provided during the introduction and is included in the ticket price. Numbers are limited to 8 participants per session. More details on the Barn website.

NB. Rachael will take the finished pieces away to be fused in her kiln. They will be available for collection from The Barn or from Rachael directly a couple of weeks later.
