You’ll be carrying out duties relating to all the picking, packing and shipping of goods to internal and external customers, whilst ensuring that a high level of quality and service is maintained throughout.

You will focus on setting up social ‘pay as you can’ café sessions in the hub, bringing the community together, especially families and children, to do activities together and get to know one another over coffee, tea and snacks.
You will lead these community café sessions, providing a welcoming environment for community members, managing the café money and supplies and designing great activities for people to get involved.
This post will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.Working Hours: Part-time, 14 hours per week, fixed term contract for 2.25 years. Some of these hours must be worked out of school time.

The PCC are seeking to appoint a part-time Parish Administrator to support the clergy in the running of the parish by providing administrative back-up, co-ordination and improved communication across the four churches within the parish
This is an important and fulfilling role at the heart of parish life that will give a competent administrator the satisfaction of being closely involved with moving the parish to a new stage in its development.
You will need good computer skills and an ability to relate well to people of all ages and backgrounds. You should be organized, able to cope with pressure and enjoy administration. It is also a requirement that you are in full sympathy with the aims, beliefs and values of Yate Parish.
Hours: 20 hours per week
