Calm Beginnings Pregnancy yoga offers gentle exercise, relaxation and breathwork allowing space and time to connect with your body and baby at this special time. Classes are held in a beautiful yoga studio in the heart of Chipping Sodbury offering a warm and comfortable environment to escape. Classes are available on Monday evenings 7.30 and Thursday mornings 11.00. Please email me for more information.
