WWII exhibition "Doing your Bit" (Tue-Thu and Sat)
Yate Heritage Centre
This exhibition runs May 6th to June 28th 2025 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
This exhibition features the history of working people of all ages around Yate during the Second World War. The display will contain a variety of new artefacts including an aircraft door from a Messerschmitt aiming to bomb Yate and electric lighting from a Parnall Aircraft air raid shelter.
