Free Yate Active Wellbeing Group Session

Let's meet online on Thursdays during March, from 11am to 12noon, for Tai Chi, yoga or body balance followed by a wellbeing chat.
All you need is your digital device, WiFi and clothes for our physical activity.
It's almost a year since our world became restricted. Therefore, our online get-together is an opportunity to exercise in the comfort of your own home. And then switch the kettle on for a chat over a cuppa. We will listen, share and signpost to the things we need to stay well and healthy.
Wesport is fully funding our Yate Active Wellbeing Group project. So there's no waiting list or charge. We all have mental wellbeing needs. So if you're aged 18+ with no severe injuries or medical conditions, you're welcome to join us.
