Pottery Taster Afternoon: Hand-build

Join Brenda from The Pottery Shed in this 3 hour taster workshop where you'll create your own masterpiece in a relaxed atmosphere with professional help and guidance.
During the afternoon you'll use hand-building techniques (no wheel work) to make a round bowl about 8cm high and 15cm in diameter. After adding a glaze to the outside, you will 'sgraffito' a pattern of your choice into the glaze. Your pot will then be kept and fired at the Barn, and you will be contacted a few weeks later to advise when it is ready to collect.
The workshop costs £60 including all tuition and materials. Free parking on site on site. Book online via the Barn website or direct on Ticketsource.
