Local seasonal music traditions will shared and celebrated in this special event at Home from Home.
Singer Phil Owen will perform a selection of traditional folk carols as part of the LGV Christmas Fayre. Words and sheet music will be available on the day for anyone who would like to join in.
Phil has been commissioned as part of the Home from Home programme to explore traditional folk music from Gloucestershire. He has been working with local singers through a series of workshops, exploring the history of folk music and the lives and of those who wrote and performed.
Home from Home is a new temporary art space located in Ladden Garden Village, designed and built by artist Jo Lathwood. Find Home from Home next to the play area between Leechpool Way and Ladden Brook.
