Had a blood transfusion before 1996 ?
Had dental or medical treatment abroad?
Do you drink alcohol or smoke heavily, have a high BMI, raised Cholesterol or
Diabetes?
Have you ever injected drugs or shared any drug taking equipment?
Had close contact with anyone known or at high risk of being Hep C positive?
Been Street homeless or in prison?
Had a tattoo or piercing on holiday or by a friend?
