If you feel you need a morning to unwind during the summer holidays, then why not come along? You could also invite a friend.
There will be sessions on breathwork with Rebalance with Jenny, drawing with Beth from Peace, Pencils and Portraits, as well as a creative writing session with Marie Day. All this plus pastries, drinks and biscuits.
No one is ever asked to read aloud and no one needs to have any experience of writing or drawing. The workshop is a safe, nurturing space where people can relax in the company of other like-minded, friendly people.
