Join Jenny, Marie and Beth in Chipping Sodbury for a morning of self-care and creativity. Start your day with breathwork to release tension and promote over all well being. Then unleash your creative side with relaxing drawing and writing activities. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to take a break from your busy schedule and focus on self-care and self-expression. Drinks, pastries and biscuits provided. Tickets £35.
